In its longest-running Halloween festival ever, Kennywood is offering an additional 15 days to experience the Phantom Fall Fest, extending the time guests can face their fears, whether they choose to play all day, Fright All Night or both.

Terrifying haunted experiences at Phantom Fall Fest include:

mischief in wonderland – New for 2022, each guest chooses their own adventure through the looking glass. Choose which rabbit hole you will descend into and accept the consequences of that choice as the malevolent inhabitants of Wonderland become your guides. Will you be able to avoid the crazy Red Queen? (Additional fee required to experience mAlice in Wonderland.)

ark in the dark – With only a flashlight to light your way, two guests enter this haunted experience, but will two emerge? (Additional fees required.)

Vampire Villa – The Master has built his house in Kennywood, brick by brick, and it’s up to you to fight your way through his bloodthirsty minions or risk becoming one of his children of the night.

Kennyville Cemetery – Hordes of undead zombies rise from their graves, and if you can’t find a way out, you’ll be their next meal.

dark shadows – Dark silhouettes move about in near pitch blackness with the intention of stealing your sanity.

bayou voodoo – What begins as a rafting adventure with Swamp Canoe and Raft Excursions – or SCARE – could end with the undead unleashing all your fears.

shaded grove – A maniacal doctor has turned healing into a horror at Shady Grove Memorial Hospital, and if you’re not careful, he’ll steal the windows of your soul…your eyes.

Phantom Fall Fest is recommended for ages 13 and up, but in addition to nighttime frights, Kennywood Park also offers daytime family fun, including seasonally inspired food and a fall atmosphere.

“There’s no other place that offers so much Halloween fun – hauntings, scares, popular rides and family fun – at such great value,” Kennywood General Manager Mark Pauls said. “The best way to experience it all is with a 2023 Gold or Platinum Season Pass, which offers unlimited tours for free this year, as well as all of 2023.”

Kennywood’s sister park, Idlewild, is the perfect place for fall family fun, including HallowBOO! and its not-so-scary mazes, Story Book Forest Trick-or-Treat Trail, the HallowBOO! Express Train Ride and Confusion Hill Wacky Witches Inn.

The event also includes two kid-friendly shows, Jack-O-Lantern Jive and Monster Mash, as well as meet and greets with Daniel Tiger and his neighborhood friends. HiBOO! runs on Saturdays and Sundays from September 24 to October 24. 30, 2022.

Phantom Fallfest and HallowBOO! can be experienced with a season pass. Gold passes are on sale now and include unlimited visits to the park for the remainder of 2022 as well as unlimited visits throughout 2023. Platinum passes give unlimited visits to Kennywood, Sandcastle Waterpark and Idlewild for the remainder of 2022 and all 2023.

Season Pass holders can attend a special Phantom Fall Fest preview night on September 23, 2022.
