William Lloyd Seiver, Jr., “Billy”, 52, of Indianapolis, passed away suddenly at his residence on January 2, 2022. Billy was born on November 26, 1969, to the late William Lloyd Seiver, Sr. and Linda (Stang) Mohler; Linda adopted Billy as a toddler. She survives and resides in Florida.
Billy graduated from Blackford High School in Hartford City, Indiana in the Class of 1988, where he wrestled and was part of the cheerleader squad. He then attended college and received an art degree from Temple University, Tyler School of Art, in 1995. Billy was fortunate enough to attend an art university in Italy for two years. A talented artist, Billy could create everything from oil paints to tattoos. His artistic ability led him to become a graphic designer, most recently with Image 360 for the last two years.
Billy liked to be outside. He loved camping, especially anywhere near hiking trails or a lake where he could canoe. On his hikes and walks in the nature, Billy always took pictures of trees, birds, animals and the outdoors in general to share with friends; he was a true nature lover. Billy loved sports and followed teams such as the Purdue Boilermakers, Dallas Cowboys, and Indianapolis Colts and Pacers. Spending time with his dogs, watching IndyCar races and camping at the Indy500 each year, and geocaching with his beloved partner, Susan, were all things Billy loved to do.
Along with his father, Billy was predeceased by his stepfather, Fred Mohler.
Survivors include her 22-year-old partner, Susan Baker; his mother, Linda (Stang) Mohler; his biological mother, Leona Salsman; siblings, Russell (Toni) Streelman, Ronald Seiver (Julie Hustava), Richard Seiver (Shelly Strine) and Dodi Seiver (Geoff Pye); canine companions, Jackson and Buddy; a host of nieces, nephews, friends and extended family members.
