US Coast Guard airmen rescued a father and son after their canoe capsized in Port Royal Sound.

When airmen arrived on the scene, they found the father and son clinging to their capsized canoe in high winds and rough seas. Both were wearing life jackets.

The two survivors were airlifted to an airport in the area where EMS was on standby.
